Once submitted, a member of our team will get in touch to further explore you’re looking for and help come up with a plan of action based on your budget.

After approval of the plan, the itinerary will be confirmed and we’ll continue coordinating with our local suppliers leading up to and through the end of your trip.

As each itinerary is customizable and purpose-built depending on your needs, inclusions tend to vary. Every experience will include 24-hour support from our team in the weeks leading up to departure, through to the end of the trip. That said, you will receive a complete SOW and inclusion list prior to finalizing the budget.

Our pricing is based on the requirements of each immersion. A fully designed and executed immersion will cost more than an immersion that just needs booking assistance. We work under all types of budgets, however, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch for a cost-estimation based on your needs.

We abide by internationally recognized standards of sustainable travel. That means sourcing locally owned/operated suppliers, doing as much as possible to reduce the impact our trips on the environment, and getting involved with the communities where we operate.

We employ a rigorous vetting process for all of our suppliers to ensure that they meet our standards of sustainability, and require frequent updates to their own sustainability efforts to remain in compliance with those standards.

We have several initiatives in place to offset the negative impacts of travel, including, but not limited to:

• tracking our own emissions and the emissions of our suppliers

• devoting a portion of profits to plant trees in the destinations we visit

• eventual investment in companies that develop carbon-reduction tech

• setting up community workshops in emerging economies to help local people better monetize their skills.

• working with non-profits who help improve food and water security in impoverished areas

• issuing reports on the state of tourism and identifying high-risk zones for over-tourism or safety concerns.

Yes. In efforts to provide full transparency, we will first estimate the participants’ flight emissions based on information you provide. Once flights have been confirmed, we will update our reports to reflect the true impact.
